Description

Aldehyde C19 is a traditional perfumery name for Allyl Hexanoate, also known as Allyl Caproate. Despite its name, it is not chemically an aldehyde; it is an ester. Aldehyde C19 is one of the most useful materials for creating a recognizable pineapple effect. Start with a low dilution and build the accord around it rather than allowing it to dominate the composition.
