Description

Dulcinyl Recrystallized is a distinctive sweet fruity-floral aroma chemical valued for its intense raspberry, berry-jam and cotton-candy character. It also has soft heliotrope and floral nuances, giving it a useful connection between fruity, gourmand and floral fragrance families.

The material is particularly effective for building raspberry, berry, fruity-floral, gourmand and sweet floral accords. Its rich sweetness can give fruit compositions greater depth and help transform simple berry notes into more rounded jam-like effects. The heliotrope character also makes it useful in powdery floral compositions where a sweet, creamy and slightly balsamic nuance is desired.
