Description

Aldehyde C18, commonly known in perfumery as Gamma Nonalactone, is a classic creamy, coconut-like aroma chemical with soft fruity and milky nuances. Despite its traditional perfumery name, it is chemically a lactone rather than an aldehyde.

Its odor profile is characterized by coconut, creamy, peach-like, milky and slightly sweet facets. This makes it a versatile material for creating tropical, fruity and creamy fragrance effects.
