Description

Benzyl Benzoate is a versatile fragrance fixative and solvent with a very faint, sweet and balsamic odor. Unlike strongly characterful aroma chemicals, its main value in perfumery is functional: it can help support the longevity of a composition and assist in dissolving difficult-to-handle fragrance materials. Its odor is generally described as soft, sweet and balsamic, with a subtle floral character.
