Description

Helional is a versatile floral aroma chemical known for its distinctive watery, fresh, green and ozonic character. It also has soft cyclamen and new-mown-hay nuances, giving fragrances an airy and naturalistic freshness.

In perfumery, Helional is especially useful for creating aquatic, marine, fresh floral, green and muguet-style accords. It can brighten a fragrance and create the impression of clean air, water and freshly washed freshness. Its diffusive character makes it valuable in both fine fragrance and functional fragrance applications.

Perfumers' Tip

Helional is excellent for creating a clean, watery and airy fragrance effect. Combine it with Calone or Floralozone for a stronger marine character, or pair it with Florhydral, Cyclamen Aldehyde and Hedione to build a fresh, diffusive floral accord.
