Description

Iso Muscone 50% DEP SYM is a 50% solution of Iso Muscone in Diethyl Phthalate (DEP). Iso Muscone is a macrocyclic musk material known for its warm, soft, sensual and subtly animalic character.

The diluted form is easier to handle and accurately dose in fragrance formulations than the neat material. It provides the characteristic natural musk effect while adding warmth, depth and persistence to the fragrance base.

Iso Muscone is particularly valuable for creating musk, floral-musk, oriental, amber and skin-scent accords. At low dosage, it can add naturalness and sensuality without becoming overly animalic.
