Perfumers' Tip

Labdanum Resinoid Pure is an excellent amber and resinous base material. Combine it with Bergamot and Oakmoss for a classic chypre direction, or pair it with Benzoin, Vanilla and Tonka Bean for a warm, sweet amber accord.

For a darker woody composition, try Labdanum Resinoid + Patchouli + Cedarwood + Vetiver + Oud Accord. Olibanum and Myrrh can introduce an incense dimension, while Leather Accord and Cade Oil can emphasize its darker leathery and smoky facets.

Because Labdanum Resinoid Pure has a strong, rich and highly persistent character, start at low levels and increase gradually during evaluation to maintain balance in the final composition.
