Description

Manzanate is a bright, highly recognizable fruity aroma chemical with a juicy ripe apple character, accompanied by sweet pineapple and cider-like nuances. It can also suggest fresh green fruit, melon and slightly waxy facets, giving it a lively and natural-feeling fruity quality. Chemically, Manzanate is ethyl 2-methylpentanoate.
