Trans-2-Hexenol is excellent for adding a natural fresh-cut green effect to a fragrance. Combine it with Cis-3-Hexenol and Cis-3-Hexenyl Acetate for a more realistic green-leaf accord, or use it with citrus materials to create a bright, fresh opening. Start at a moderate level and evaluate the opening carefully, as its green character can become prominent quickly.
